We want YOUR children to join us at Little Pine Island Camp this summer! The list below details what camps are available, who is eligible to attend, and the dates. Each child is allowed to attend a maximum of 2 camps per year. Transportation is provided from the Jackson Salvation Army building to LPI Camp and back. The cost for each camp is $25 which includes a $5 credit at the snack shop. You are free to send extra snack shop money with your child.
- KIDS’ CAMP is June 10 – 13 and is for kids who have completed Kindergarten – age 12
- TEEN CAMP is June 23 – 28 and is for youth ages 13 – 17.
- MUSIC CAMP is July 12 – 19 and is for youth ages 9 – 17 who are active in Salvation Army music programs. Youth may choose to take choir or band during this camp.
When filling out the Camp Application please pay close attention to ALL the places where you need to circle an answer, check a box or sign your name. There are lots!
Please also make sure you fill out the Summer Food Service Program applicationproperly and completely:
If you receive assistance through the Food Assistance Program (FAP), Family Independence Program (FIP) or FDPIR, then please list the name of the person in the home who receives those benefits and their case number in Part 2. In Parts 3 & 4 you will need to list the names of the children from your household who will be attending camp. Don’t forget to completely fill out Part 5 as well.
If you do not receive any assistance through the programs listed above, you will need to completely fill out Parts 3 & 4 for EVERY person who lives in your home/apartment/etc. You will also need to completely fill out Part 5 as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Your child’s application CANNOT be processed without a copy of their immunization record and health insurance card.
